Many times in our industry operators switch providers. Please let us know if and when you do. Even if a distributor is not a preferred vendor our team can still work with them to discover manufacturer rebates. Please feel free to call or email to talk to one of our reps to find out if your vendor list is up to date.
Programs change periodically based on the contract status. If you see your rebates changing that might be why. Let us know if you have any questions or concerns.
We send out team members to review your usage and answer any questions you may have. These meetings are important to make sure we don't leave any rebates or discounts uncovered. Please let us know if you would like an in person review and we will send someone out.
Payments are sent in the form of checks to your business. If you misplaced and check or did not receive a check we can help.
If you are interested in one of our programs and you’re not sure how to get in touch with a vendor representative we can help. Our team is in constant contact with our program vendors and will get someone out to you as soon as possible.
Many of our programs are based on volume. This may also include an minimum usage requirement. If you fall below the purchase threshold you may not qualify for said program.
You must remain in terms with the vendor to receive rebates and incentive discounts. If you fall out of terms you will not receive rebate for that specific program until you are back in terms.
